Born and raised in the beautiful state of Montana, Charity has a deep connection to the land and the outdoor lifestyle. As the proud owner of Woodland Creations and Home Center, as well as ChariTea's Coffee and Treats in Philipsburg, Montana, she has built a life around community, craftsmanship and a passion for the outdoors. With 14 years of experience in the real estate business, Charity specializes in helping clients find their dream properties, whether it's off-grid land, farm, ranch or the perfect home.

When not assisting clients in finding the ideal property, Charity can often be found riding horses, hunting, fishing, skiing, or enjoying countless outdoor adventures in Montana alongside her husband, children, and grandchildren. Meeting new people and forming lasting connections is a core part of her approach and there’s nothing more rewarding than guiding others to their perfect slice of Montana.
